'Who Will Build Canada’s Future?', Alex Bozikovic, December 2015

Alex Bozikovic writes on the fourth iteration of Twenty+Change, an exhibition and publication that showcases Canada’s emerging architectural talent and practitioners, for the cover of this week’s Globe Arts. The exhibition was open to all, and served as an important networking event for young professionals, as well as a signal to the public that design is alive and well throughout the country. Principal Heather Dubbeldam leads the initiative as a curator and promoter of the work of Canadian architects to encourage this conversation. As Bozikovic puts it, “Canada has very little public conversation about contemporary architecture, nevermind the work of firms…Then why does [Dubbeldam] do it? To make a difference.”
