Basima serves as our HR consultant, leveraging her specialized expertise to support our workplace culture with targeted strategies for employee engagement, retention, and performance management. As a strategic partner, Basima collaborates closely with our team, offering comprehensive and ongoing HR support to ensure our organizational and employee success.
Basima holds an MBA from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), a Human Resources Management Certificate from University of Toronto, and is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA). She has an extensive background working with Fortune-500 companies where she planned and managed cross-functional business operations and complex internal integration projects, increasing their effectiveness and profit.
Basima also plays a role in our Finance, Change Management and Business Strategy efforts, providing strategic advice on financial management, organizational development, and strategic planning.
